1st day was okay but from 2nd day no cleaning in rooms reason given staff didnt turned up etc etc very disappointed breakfast old lady was very rude even member of staff admit she was very rude. Cheap option in leeds buy you get but you paid….. wont recommend to anyone unless they change staff!!!

Booked this recently for an overnight stay. Check in was easy and staff were very welcoming. Was very satisfied with the room. Everything was clean and had everything you would want, including an ironing board! Bed was clean and very comfy and had a really good nights sleep. Bar had good selection of beers and ciders and buffet breakfast in the morning had a good selection of cooked food and continental options. Overall impressed with this place and only marked down slightly on location as was a little way out of town centre but price was very competitive. Would definately stay again. Thank you Rooms: Very spacious with clean and comfortable bed. TV was modern. Tea and coffee and decent shower
