  After deciding to get somebody to move our stuff for us for the 1st time I was understandably very hesitant. Edward from Ralph’s removals was great came round and explained the process and to provide quote and made everything very clear. On the day Edward and I think it was Jamie (forgive me if I’ve got the name wrong) were amazing. They turned up on time were fast and efficient but at the same time careful with our possessions and had us moved in by mid-afternoon. Thanks Again

  Although we didn't move very far, our recent move wasn't the easiest - we hadn't moved in almost 20 years, so we had a lot of stuff, and there were likely access issues to our new place. From our first contact with Edward, we knew we wanted to use Ralph's Removals for the move - when he came to price up the job, he'd come via our new place, and had a solution for the difficult access. He was reassuring and friendly throughout the buildup to the move, and the loan of packing boxes was a real life saver! When it came to the move itself, Edward and James worked carefully and tirelessly, making sure that we were happy throughout. I honestly can't think of anything they could have done better, and I would 100% recommend them. We're not planning to move again for a long time, but I'd definitely choose Ralph's Removals if we did need a moving company again!

  The chain for our sale was problematic and then everything happened all at once, with exchange and completion set very close together. This left us with very little time to find a removal company. After being let down by another company, Ed from Ralph's Removals offered to come round at short notice to quote. When he came round, he was very professional and friendly and the quote he offered was competitive. As we have a small baby, we decided to go for the packing and removal service. Ed and Jay arrived the day before completion to pack up and removed everything we didn't need, leaving us with very little to worry about on completion day. They checked along the way to ensure we were being left with everything we needed and took care with all of our belongings. Leading up to, and throughout the two days, they were thoughtful and accommodating to the fact that we were juggling moving house and looking after a 10 month old baby, which put us at ease, as upheaval and change of routine for her was one our concerns. However, this couldn't be further from what happened. We were in our new home with furniture in place by 1630 on completion date. All in all, a 5 star service and experience. We have already recommended them to family!

  I was recommended to Ralphs Removals by a relative so got a quote. The quote was competitive so I booked them. On the moving day they were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was cared for and I really felt that my belongings were looked after. Every care was taken every step of the way. They were all packed up quickly. At the other end the service was just as good. In fact I was so impressed by the fact that nothing ended up in the wrong place. Lovely guys too. I would highly recommend Ralphs Removals.

  West Sussex to north east Wales - A long distance move, 600-ish miles round trip, with a short notice completion date. Edward gave excellent advice and supported me through it. In the end it all worked perfectly. Edward and James carefully and efficiently packed everything into the truck and within 2 hours were on their way to the north. The overnight stay and my new home location roads had been researched in advance by Edward to ensure parking, security and unloading space were all covered. The unloading was as efficient as the packing and everything placed were I needed it to be. Highly recommend, they were a brilliant team.

  Edward and James are stars. We used their packing and removal service and quite clearly we would not have managed without it. A lifetime of “stuff” was packed and moved effortlessly. You get to know people better over a two day period and these two guys are charming and very hard workers. Our heartfelt thanks go out to these gentlemen who are consummate professionals.

  Absolutely amazing service. I contacted Ralph removals for my house moving , they attended my property the same day and gave me a very reasonable price . We agreed on the date and time of moving and they turned up exactly on time and did the job exactly as they promised . Edward and James are very friendly , hard working and professional at the same time . Really can’t fault their service . Thank you so much
