Went in for a couple of bunches of flowers to cheer myself up but the lady behind the counter was so rude and abrupt from the second I walked in the door, I definitely decided against it and heading elsewhere. (EDIT) Thanks for replying Ralph but I would definitely rather not come into your store again after the way we I spoken to before. It would also be nice if you could accept some criticism and maybe speak to your staff about equality instead of asking a customer to come into your shop again because your staff were rude.
