Poor communication and unfulfilled promises is the theme of this review. Previous fabrication work carried out to an acceptable standard, although it's worth mentioning the work was carried out by an independent contractor . As a potential returning customer, I was disappointed with how difficult it was to get my car booked in for further metal work. Several messages left with the secretary with promises of a call back, with nothing. Eventually got hold of Simon who promised to handle it, again nothing heard. Emails sent unanswered, even after assurances from Simon himself. Nobody should have to work this hard to spend thousands of pounds. If this is the attitude to returning customers who live locally, then I could not recommend using this service, especially if you're not local.
