Using this uniform shop for years, ever since I heard of them from n open day my little sisters school had used - the girl who was present was very helpful and formative about the uniform. Another family member had recently went to another uniform shop in the area and they had given the wrong uniform and refused to help refund them, only giving store credit and could not guarantee his children would get their uniform in time for term time. I had advised him to go to RAK-Uniforms and both the girl and the man working at the shop had not only helped him get the correct uniform, they did it in a timely and professional manner - my family member did not think his children would be able to get the correct uniform before term time and would have to use the faulty clothes or tell the children to stay at home whilst they corrected the mistake of the other shop. Honestly the best uniform shop I have ever used (I have used quite a few and none can compare in quality). From the services provided at the open day to the friendly, helpful staff working at the shop - I can not fault RAK-Uniforms!
