Took a braclet in for repair but as it wasnt gold they were unable to solder it. However after several minutes my bracelet was returned mended and to top all that i wasnt even charged. Amazing service would highly recommend them and a lovely selection of jewelery . Many thanks

Went in today for the first time as my husbands watch had difficulty in fastening. The guy in charge cleaned it, solved immediately. He was so nice, would not take any money from me and advised I probably would have been charged £60 for a new clasp at another jewellers. First class service thank you

My custom diamond watch needed two extra links which to be fair is quite easy as u just add a link that has no diamonds to the strap however Raj Paul came highly recommended and All recommendations came from the other side of the city!! So We headed up to to see the man himself, he told me to take the watch and come back Friday, he ordered a piece (not a link) online to then place on the buckle of my strap that can also adjust to what I’d like and fitted perfectly, a nice little clean up and good to go. Anyone who seen the watch quoted me a daft price for something simple! Man like Raj quoted me a tenner!! Good man, had to drop home 15… thanks Raj Paul look forward to seeing you and auntie again
