1st collection tonight. Wasn't massively hot when home within 3 mins. Garlic chilli chicken was salty. Naan was really tough and not fresh. Rice wasnt particularly fresh.

Ordered at 18.15, ordered starters and a mains Delivery took just over 60 minutes, however only the main course was delivered. Made two phone calls and waited a further hour for my started to be delivered while the main course was sitting on the side getting cold. I feel treat night Saturday night was ruined Very poor Service

Used this place on a fairly regular basis normally very good…… on this occasion the chicken was really dry. The collection time was set for 20 minutes. My wife turned up to collect the food and waited for 35 minutes. Complete waste of time for her, it would have been as quick to have it delivered. The excuse was that it was busy?! I’d imagine Saturdays are in general…..we approached them for some kind of discount seen as it was completely their fault but rather than sort this out in shop they decided to send us away with a “contact just eat and ask for a refund” a very good way to loose customers indeed, as if I’m going to spend more of my time faffing about.
