I can't tell you how pleased I am to have worked with Ash at Craig Interiors. All the other kitchen companies we looked at offered just a single session to draft basic kitchen plans. Ash gave us literally hours of design input across many visits, which resulted in a computer render that looks exactly how our kitchen looks now! She was even kind enough to input our exact wall tiles into the computer design. As well as her creative input into the design, Ash held our hands through out the process, offering updates, reassurance, suggested options and further ideas as we did the build and fitting. And she worked with our kitchen fitters to make sure everything went smoothly. In terms of the kitchen itself, she sourced us an Italian kitchen that is really amazing quality (none of the multitude of extra drill holes you see in UK kitchens) and it has a Scandi look we couldn't find elsewhere. It also ended up only very slightly more expensive than a standard kitchen from Howdens or similar. When there were problems along the way (some delivery issues from Italy, for example) she kept us informed and updated all the time and went above and beyond in order to correct and deal with the issues. If you want a personal service and someone who will actually answer your calls and be passionate about the job she is doing with you, Ash is the person. Highly recommended.
