Used to be ok but it’s gone down hill. The crispy chilli chicken and/or the shredded chicken has no chicken in it and I’m not just being funny there is genuinely no chicken and I checked almost every little bit. Was a brown, dry & splintery, unknown ingredient in place of chicken and that’s if you’re lucky, might aswell have ate cracking with sauce on it. Was the same a couple months ago and months before that too. It was good when they opened nd progressively worse. Also asked for no prawn in chow mein and got prawns.. ain’t allergic so picked them out but the special chow mein was something I could knock up with no experience with it, barely warm. Last time I order from them unfortunately Dietary restrictions: Got prawns when I asked for no prawns 🤷♂️

Visited this evening 01/04/23. Food was good, service was great. Really enjoyed ourselves. UNTIL....thought id check with the server (not stating him/her as dont want them in trouble) before leaving a tip that they get to keep their tip money. I was then informed they do not get to keep the tips that THEY EARN. The service was great, very helpful and polite. I know its a buffet but they still bring drinks, check everything okay, help with any requests and clear up. Beware....if u tip your server your just lining the pockets of their employer on top of your bill.
