If you want half your eyebrows taken off this is the best place. if you like your eyebrows bent this is the perfect okay. When you speak to them about it they will make out its your fault and thats how their supposed to look. the customer service is appalling clearly they do not want loyal customers instead people who come by once they ruin their eyebrows and never go back. never been spoken to in such a way and to be blocked on their instagram page pathetic. more training needs to be done here and DO CHECK THEY HAVE CERTIFICATES. Do not trust these women with eyebrows that make your face. Mine was done by imarn carter. The images on their instagram is also a lie!!! I would have kept my mouth shut if the customer service was good and they gave me a refund.

The most UNPROFESSIONAL & awful experience i ever had! I went in for a AlumierMD radiant 30 peel. Imarn started on my face, it came time to apply the peel & guess what....she could not bloody find the peel anywhere!! So she had to stop. She then tried to persuade me to have a Alumier Detox skin peel....which i said no to as thats not what i wanted or was booked in for! She carried on trying to convine me but noway was i having something i knew very little about put on my skin! She apologised for the inconvience & said my next peel is free the following week. Well, well, what happens a week later when i was meant to turn up for my free peel........i messaged to ask if she got hold of the peel.....guess what....no she wasn't able to get hold of the peel. She then said i will contact you when i do get it in...so that appointment was cancelled. Now this all happened in April.....now its late June and am still waiting for a response to my messages for my complimentary peel but its all being ignored. Makes me wonder ey! No contact whatsoever by Imarn. She caused me major inconvience knowing i just had a baby. Its not right! Imarn is unprofessional & has no sense of customer service! Most awful experience for a salon in sutton!! Oh & i contacted Alumier to notify them of the service i recieved from a salon representing their brand.

Amazing revolutionary salon in terms of services and customer care. Caci treatment turned the clock back on the damage caused to my face, due to the affects of breast cancer treatment I had a several years ago. Feel better about the reflection I now see in the mirror. Thanks Imarn, a true artist and caring human being.
