I have just driven home in my lovely approved used Skoda. I popped in to Rainworth's after being to see a car round the corner at a different garage. I was so put off by the sales person hard sell I walked out, and popped into see my now new car at Rainworths off the back of their Autotrader advert. Being assisted by Dave was like comparing night to day from the other garage. He was so lovely, built rapport, and even gave the dog some treats. We were allowed to take the car on a test drive, all unpressured (it also meant I could ring my dad for his opinion). Dave gave us his personal number just for my own silly questions I had afterwards, and he arranged collection for on a Saturday. He couldn't have done more. Thrilled with the car and the service. Highly recommend!!
