Even though my Mother's actual service was well organised and a great job was done on the day. But on collecting my mother's ashes some time after, I can only liken the experience as collecting a parcel from the post office, with no compassion showed whatsoever. For people still grieving a better approach would seem more fitting from such a place.

Nice clean brand new venue with great sound and facilities. The grounds are kept well maintained and the staff are friendly and accomadating. The car park is easily accessible and layed out well. Only 2 bad points one being no air conditioning in the main room with an increase of hot weather now expected due to global warming in the UK this is something they may want to install. The other issue was on the way in the sign outside is covered up trees and leaves so I ended up missing the entrance and having to turn around on the next street and coming back.

I have been to a couple of funerals at Rainsbrook Cemetery and even though they were really sad times they all did such an amazing job! They are really caring people and they put on such a lovely service. Couldn't ask for anything more from them as they do such a wonderful job with everything. The service's were just beautiful, the rooms are lovely and peaceful. They really do go all out for what you want doing and saying. Even outside is so beautiful and peaceful. Overall just a lovely place to put your loved to rest.

I cant thank Lisa and her team enough for making mums funeral perfect at this serene venue with beautiful views. Nothing was too much trouble for them. At such a difficult time I received so much kindness, empathy and respect from all the staff, with Lisa going above and beyond to help me through my grief by giving me her time and good advice.
