We had our 2 year old Cesky Fousek (Hector) stay there for 11nights while we were on holiday. Fantastic Kennels and they posted so many photos and videos while we were away and it was great to see he was having a great time and enjoying himself. They provide a brilliant service and you can see all the staff love their jobs. They take the extra time to understand your dogs needs and put our minds at ease. It was my first time using Raining Cats and Dogs this weekend, we put our two dogs into kennels. I was nervous about leaving them as we haven't used a kennel before, I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Adam and the team were brilliant, they took a real interest in the dogs and their needs when dropping them off. I had regular pictures of them enjoying their exercise time, which was lovely and Adam was quick to respond when I asked after them during their stay. They've come home happy, content and smelling better than when I dropped them off! We will definitely be using Raining cats and dogs again and highly recommend them to anyone. Your animals are in safe and caring hands there!
