Decent station with several different services calling here. Thameslink to Luton via Central London; Ashford to St Pancras International via Stratford and Dover - London Victoria. Toilets are available but there aren't many times when ticket office is open so you'll need to be prepared to use machines to get travel tickets.

I would like to say thank you to Tracey , a lovely lady that works at Rainham station ticket office, South Eastern should be proud of people like her, she is very helpful and caring. She persuade my case with the ticket issue, she even contacted me twice over the phone to give me an update. So professional, not like most of the gate stuff at Victoria, that are lazy and treat you like a criminal. Thanks Tracy

Lots of parking, friendly staff and plenty of places to sit under cover. Free public toilets which are generally clean. That's the good. Now the bad... Needs a better coffee shop. The current offering is a general store which provides over priced and over burnt coffee in tiny cups. Needs another ticket machine outside, often long queues especially on a Monday morning. Needs better CCTV coverage in the car park, especially near the exit where I no longer feel safe leaving my car outside normal hours after it was vandalised and never looked at or even acknowledged by BTP despite reporting on the day.
