    Not great service 1 appointment with GP since 2020.. appointments with nurse ok for certain things. Now brought in another app for patients to use. The first one worked only a short time. Don't the receptionists realise that if we can't call the surgery they will be out of a job. There needs to be someone to cut the deadwood from the surgery. There is only 2 decent receptionists. I agree with the reviews where patients say the receptionists are rude .maybe if they are not happy there leave... I'm looking at contacting the CGC as most of the surgeries in Havering are doing face to face .. Has the saying goes Money For Old Rope.. You can't even post without doing 1 star...

    Terrible availability of appointments, needed an appointment and I have to wait 4 weeks to have a phone consultation. When I ring the surgery, noone ever answers the phone - I end up calling all day! For an emergency call, we are supposed to ring at 8am yet when I call the line gets cut off continuously. What do they expect us to do? This has been an ongoing problem for years..... If I could I would give it a 0 or minus rating

    If possible I would give this zero stars. We have not seen the GP face to face since they took over, the staff are incredibly rude over the phone. Every single test/referral has been botched, this surgery is a disgrace and not fit for purpose.

    Two weeks ago, I went to the doctor to examine my five-month-old child, but apart from the fact that the doctor doesn't know what it is, I haven't heard anything else. In two weeks, no one made an appointment with a pediatrician! Maybe someone knows where I can go to have my child professionally examined? Also, I have health problems and I asked to change the place of appointment because it is a long way to the center of London, but they have not done anything for two months. I have never seen such a mess!!!!!

    Possibly the worst I have ever belonged to. Do not answer the phone. When I do get to see a doctor they are rushing you out the door and give you the wrong diagnosis. Absolutely shambolic! Will look to join another surgery.

    I called today In the morning regarding my son appointment. He got infection and spreading is ✋ Wednesday evening i after school went to Tesco pharmacy and they said I need to book appointment with doctor soon before spreading too much. I need antibiotics prescription from Doctor. They give me only phone number, doctor suppose to call me 5:30 but unfortunately they didn’t. I called again on reception to tell doctor to call me I only need prescription from them. But I don’t know what are they doing there. I got very bad experience with them every time when I need appointments. This is 3rd time happened with me before I booked appointment for my self regarding head allergies, same thing on the phone and never got call back . Again for my older son he also got allergies some thing on his body and on his head same as usual on the phone never face to face and didn’t get call from them. I’m very disappointed with this GP I AM ATTACHED PHOTO REGARDING MY SON HAND INFECTION

    I do not have a good experience with this surgery. The receptionists are rude and arrogant. The GP will never see you face to face. My wife had a clear skin infection on her hand and it was getting worse day by day. We were begging them for face to face appointment for a long time but it did not happen instead they were asking us over the telephone appointments that make the pictures of the infection and send it to the surgery, which took a long time and was still not diagnosed. Although, GP could have diagnosed it in five minutes, in face to face appointment and could have prescribed relevant antibiotics. As a result, we were forced to do self-diagnoses and self-medicating through over the counter medications from pharmacy. As a patient, I feel degraded/ disappointed when my GP refuse to see me face to face. I don't think that it is the NHS policy.
