Just like previous reviews I cannot say any more but have to leave a review…..My daughter is spending some of her holiday with her Nana. I felt so bad missing her 8th birthday, a typical dad all the way in Manchester! Leaving it all last minute on a Saturday ringing around day before the birthday 🤦🏻♂️, Sunday was a no chance! Then Rainham balloons seized the moment☺️ spoke to a lovely lady who had a very busy schedule on Sunday for a wedding but they managed to fit me in and put a massive smile on my daughter special day. I requested a little note with a message but they went the extra mile and gave a big card with my message on which I did not pay for…. And also added extra balloon on the cluster Free of charge. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Really there are some small businesses out there where it’s not just about the money but putting a SMILE on someone face. You defiantly have a new regular customer all the way from up north😃 Mancheter👍
