I have used Rainer Hughes for a number of years re prior transactions. I used them again in 2021/2022 simply because of an individual called Lauren Sweeney. Lauren is a top girl, very hands on , very professional with a can do attitude. What I particularly like about her is "she wears a smile on her face" which comes across clearly in all my interactions with her. For balance purposes, I am sorry to say when she is away from the office eg vacation, it seems quite difficult to deal with anyone else in this firm during her absence. Perhaps Rainer Hughes need to tie her to her desk! Maybe Rainer Hughes should also consider promoting her. I would thoroughly recommend Lauren Sweeney in property transactions.

Do not use for family law. Unprofessional, disorganised and bullies. I don't need to be a client. I've witnessed your staff in action and family law isn't your area of expertise. You bully the opposition and threaten them if the don't do what you or your client wants. You encourage your clients to LIE in a court of law. Oh and you LOST the case.
