Very disappointing. We paid rainbow wedding shop to decorate for our wedding on 1st October. The chair covers used had holes in, we had to call the shop and spoke to Adele on our wedding day to ask where our sweet cart was as they had forgot it and the LOVE sign and Sweet cart (when it did arrive) weren’t where we asked them to be placed. Wouldn’t recommend. In response to the update- the holes in the fabric, were visible on the chairs and would have been noticeable when placing on chair. The 5month delay is irrelevant, as I have been busy and when emailed previously leading up to the wedding I wouldn’t get a reply on several occasions. We phoned and spoke to Adele as the sweet cart was not there and the venue advised you had forgotten it.

Absolutely Amazed and Stunned 5⭐️ Adele and her team are true magicians and miracle workers. Adele kindly supported myself and my partner and moved through all 5 years of re-planning due to Covid. Then with a regrettable forced decision we had no option but to move our venue with 2-weeks to the day Adele pulled everything out the bag to help us locate and nee venue and managed to get us onto the first step into the wonderful Coombe Abbey The support, guidance and ideas Adele helped with were amazing and greatly appreciated. My main concern was the tables and room deco would look too plain and not what I was imagining. Well when I walked up the dresses stairs with a star light voile delicately flowing up the stairs amongst our flowers I was gob smacked. This then led into our breakfast room where are beautiful chairs and tables where elegantly dressed with great colours that blended and complimented our colours. I could not have wished for such a stunning result nor imagined it would be as stunning as It was. Adele thank you so much for your help and patience true professionals A pinch of working progress pictures, I will send you some when we get the photographer pictures back

My wedding venue was decorated by Rainbows just over a week ago. It all looked lovely, annoyingly I didn't think to take a photo before everyone was let in and made a mess! Adele responds promptly to emails and is accommodating when you move your wedding date 3 times!

Adele and the team are absolutely amazing at what they do, they were able to create all of our wedding stationery just how we had imagined it and each item was finished with perfection. The quality of materials used is extremely high and all the fine details really do make all the difference. Adele is very responsive over email and they are also very welcoming when visiting the showroom. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for their perfect wedding stationery.
