One of their chaperones refused to comply with instructions and refused to have my kids picture taken with a character during a photo opportunity at the hungry caterpillar event at Bluewater mall. He left his post 2 mins before the advertised closing time. I contacted them and raised a complaint, they denied this happened and wont even reply to my emails, so I’m giving them 1* for their lack of basic customer service skills, false advertising, refusing to acknowledge their mistake, and for being rude to my family.
