Not only is Rainbow one of the most cost-effective options in the local area, but the team are also incredible and made my son feel right at home from his very first day. if i could give zero stars, i would. Staff, especially Janice, are downright rude. like many other reviews on here, ran like a business not a caring pre-school environment. They do not care about your childs wealthfare. Awful nursery would not recommend to anyone. wouldn't even send a pet to them to be cared for, let alone my child.

My child loves attending Rainbows Day Nursery she gets so excited each day she gets to attend. She has been attending Rainbows since she was 2yrs old, she is now 4yrs and still loves it. They have really helped prepare her ready for school. The staff are brilliant and have a great attitude towards the children, they are also very friendly and informative. They take the time each day to inform me of all the details on what my child has eaten for that day, all the the activities she has been involved in, and how she is progressing. The building is clean, tidy, and welcoming. The measures that they have put in place during the pandemic have been outstanding to a high standard. I have definitely felt safe sending my child to nursery through this pandemic. Even with all the challenges the staff still continued to provide the best care for the children with smiles everyday. Thank you for being brilliant super stars 🌟. I would be happy to recommend.

Absolutely lovely staff, I was recommended to use this nursery from a friend and I have certainly not been disappointed. Everyone is so friendly and my little boy loves going. My son attends full-time and they are great value for money.

We had an appointment to view the nursery, that whent awful, When we had the phone converstion we missed the part that we are not allowed to enter both of parents due to Covid-19, that's ok , but when I asked to enter one and then another they told us don't have enough time for us, customer service zero Plus I talked with my in my native language and that was inadmissible in her opinion Parents be careful how you choose the nursery for your loved little ones

Amazing Nursery, fantastic staff, our little boy has been here for nearly 12 months and is so happy. The way the staff take the time after every session to tell you how your child has been, what they have eaten ect is very reassuring. Julie and the staff always greet you with a smile and nothing is ever too much for them. Highly recommended. Massive thumbs up

Brilliant nursery, brilliant staff and a brilliant attitude towards the children. Rainbow day have always been fab over the last 3 and a half years of my son attending and the 6 months of my daughter joining, but they have gone above and beyond to care for the kids over the last year being sensitive, proactive and also reactive to the changing needs of the children. They also invest in the nursery and it's grounds, keeping it modern and updated as well as new play areas for the kids to enjoy. I cannot recommend this nursery enough!
