Spent 30k with this company and I must say that turns out to be the biggest mistake of my life. Before they say they can not find our details I will attach the invoices paid for Barnfield Avenue Luton. They kept changing dates and come up with million excuses each time. One day their vans are broken into then their decorator is not well and then they are short staffed and the list goes. Quality of work is below average we were told and shown high gloss paint pictures but the final product didn’t look anything like that. Too many mistakes made in installation some recited and rest left for us to deal with. Now its been 2 weeks and I had called over 100 times for them to come finish the led lights as per to order but no response what so ever and this was the job that should have been done two weeks ago. If I do not get a response in next few days I will just issue a money claim for the whole order. Please do your home work before you consider this company and get robbed by Carolina and her cowboy style workers. Also they charge you everything upfront so you are fully stuck with them. Absolutely disgusting.

I was supposed to leave this feedback ban in January 2021 but better late than ever. I called Railing London LTD for a quote for the installation of a glass balustrade on my pre-existing oak stairs and I compared their quote together with other 3/4 companies. Their prices were competitive and I decided to use them, not only for the value but also because most companies will only install the glass but will not do any remedial work to better finish your stairs in case it is needed. In my case I was in need of a carpenter too that had to fix few bits and bobs before the installation of the glass hence why I pick them. A surveyor will be sent at the beginning to take approx measurement and give you a rough idea of the cost the design and if any alteration is needed prior installation, in my case the surveyour was Michal ( I hope the name is correct ), he was polite and professional he explain the whole process in detailsand produced drawing, timing and costing for the installation. Once agreed on that I paid the first half of the total amount due. After that a booking date for the carpenter and the installer was made, both the carpenter and installer were amazing, super clean, wearing mask all the time , covering existing oak floor and stairs, I couldn't asked for better people, the first part of the work took two days. After that a final payment is required to order the glass and install it. The glass took two weeks to be prepared and I was aware of the time needed before hand. When glass was delivered it was installed in half a day and fit like a glove, thanks to the glass installer too. I also had a fantastic service from Karolina that was my first point of contact when I started the whole process and Paolina too. I would recomend this company to anyone. Now the reason why I gave 4 stars and not five it is something that although I understand I didn't agree with. The final payment is maid when the glass is ordered and before it is installed in the building trade you never pay in full before the job it is finished , but this is their policy and they did finished the job in time and as agreed but I understand if it will put some people off. As Karolina suggested me to make me fell more reassured was to make a credit card payment to have the extra protection from the credit card company and so I did.
