We were late in the season getting started and were able to collect a nucleus yesterday. They're lovely and very gentle bees :-) As new-bees with close neighbours we were especially concerned about temperament and these bees were so relaxed during installation into the new hive that we've been reassured in this respect. We're now watching them happily going in and out of their new home.
