Thoroughly enjoyed the rag rugging day at Elspeth's house. Elspeth was very welcoming, provided lots of refreshments, and there was a relaxed atmosphere with people working at their own speed. We all completed the introductory piece of work and then started on our own project with great enthusiasm. Great to learn another useful craft - thanks Elspeth!

Attended a rag rug course in York at the viking loom, great venue. Really enjoyed the course and re ignited me to do more ,lots of inspiration to do different things not just rugs,course facilitators really helpful and great instructors. Finally finished rag rug flowers, really pleased with result.

I took part in the 2 string loom weaving on-line class last evening and had a really great time learning how to make a raggy Christmas tree. All the equipment needed had been sent to me in a lovely package in the post. Elspeth explained everything really clearly and we all had some great results. Looking forward to finishing my tree at the weekend. Would thoroughly recommend the course to anyone even if you’ve never rag rugged before.
