My wife and I had such fun working with the Raft team when we bought our sofa, tables, and cushions etc - Buying from Raft is a user journey everyone should experience - the team's passion for their product is evident, their service levels are off the chart incredible = highly attentive, polite, relaxing, detailed, but most importantly, really interested in you getting exactly what you want, and being totally happy about it. When our sofa arrived we instantly knew it was exactly right, how solid and well built it is, and how much we just love Raft. p.s The delivery team were also really nice happy people. Very rude manger and unhelpful in crickelwood. Delay in delivery with no follow up form company. For the price of products I’d expect the best customer service but this company has no care for its customers and turn around time is always a lie.

Just want say the customer service from Azin and Tony at the St Albans branch, has been absolutely amazing!!! We have been looking for the perfect sofas and from the moment we walked in to Raft, Azin was full of knowledge and very helpful in completing our purchases. Tony has been on hand regarding any queries we've had and again, his support and service has been second to none. We received our sofas yesterday and we absolutely love them! The leather and colour has surpassed our expectations and both delivery men were fantastic when bringing in the furniture, to assembling and taking away all the rubbish. They left everything immaculate and even double checked everything was done properly. A big thank you to the whole team for their amazing customer service and support throughout.
