Absolutely brilliant service. My watch wasn’t working and I was worried it wasn’t fixable. I had tried numerous watch shops and jewellers in central London and Hatton Garden but none got back to me. I took it in here and it was fixed within a week for a very reasonable price. What made a difference though was the friendliness of the service - a lovely conversation, very knowledgeable and a desire to do the best job for the customer at the best price. Service doesn’t have to be this good so it is great to find it when it is.
