This is simply the best launderette in Birmingham. Firstly, I walked in and the woman on the desk is lovely as. She was quick to help me as I had no idea what I was doing. She offered a service that was around 12.80 for two hours. It was a no brainer as I was not willing to sit around for a few hours to wash and dry and fold my clothes. It was done within an hour and a half. Such insane service and it was incredible. My clothes smell amazing and are clean as. Thank you

Amazing top notch service from the staff at RAFIKI. Specifically Romany a beautiful woman who assisted me in washing and drying the clothes. She was very friendly and on point with the cleanliness of the store. She was ever so friendly and polite. Highly recommend this place!!!!
