Very nice little place. After dropping my luggages, we wanted a convenient place near the hotel to have breakfast and the owner or manager I would assume came out while we were looking at the menu outside and was super friendly so we went in and ate there. Very nice staff and the breakfast food was good too.

raffles has no-frills english breakfast at one of the most reasonable prices i saw, starting from 5.30. i believe the restaurant is run by a family and the woman was very welcoming and enthusiastic. plenty of indoor seating and options to choose from other than english breakfasts too. // big ben (6.85): two eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, and toast // i got the big ben plate because it was the standard english breakfast. the portion and taste was good. the food was a little plain and nothing too crazy, but overall i was satisfied with my experience. i mainly just wanted a cheap, traditional english breakfast while in london, and i got it!
