RAF Sawbridgeworth Aerodrome Memorial is a modest reflection of the sacrifice in wartime. Built by Hertfordshire Airfields Memorial Group in 2006; Commemorates the 1939-1945 world war and the people and service personnell of sawbridgeworth who paid the ultimate price for freedom. There are 2 plaques on this memorial, one for the Airfield and the other for 2 (AC) Squadron. My personal score is 10/10.
