Great viewing point for resident and visiting aircraft. The viewing area is surrounded by a chain link fence the use of a small stepladder will give you clearer view, though if you have a powerful enough lens and stand close to the wire you can focus it out. At the moment resident Squadrons are 11Sqn QEAF - Hawk Mk167 and the Yorkshire/Northumbrian University Air Squadrons - Grob G-115 Tutor. ☹️
