    ordered a used pilz plc cpu from radwell. advertised as cleaned and tested. arrived very dirty, corner of 1 pcb broken off, and of course it did not work. Took weeks and weeks to get a refund and a lot of chasing. Avoid, there are many better options out there in germany especially

    I am dealing with Radwell since 2010 When i was working for Lektronix and then Rockwell automation. Services were good till 2018-19. But Radwell is really worst nowadays. If you are ordering new items from them they will supply refurbished or used items. So on documents they will claim the products are new but in real they are old. Later they raise their hands. I have escalated this to their managing Director Mr. Martin but he is also not responsible as their previous management. Really worst experience i had with Radwell.
