I picked up my handbag this morning after it had been repaired which I was very pleased with. When I asked where my cover for the bag was they said the repairers did not return it. The lady who was serving me asked the young assistant to find a replacement cover bag. When she returned with the cover she just threw it on the counter without saying a word or looking at me. In this day and age it is not the sort of customer service you would expect after all manners cost nothing. I am a repeat customer but after this experience I shall be shopping elsewhere.
