**UPDATE ON REVEIW** They have just called us and now whatsapped my partner to take down the review. It took 2 months to get our refund. What is worrying is the transaction was in my partners name, we do not share surnames and they didn’t have my details, yet they still figured out it was my partner. This is now harassment. Zero stars if that was possible. Seeing from the reviews we dodged a bullet getting a car from this establishment. They seem to take zero accountability for issues that are their fault and deflect it on the customer. Put a refundable deposit on a car that was listed available, but was in fact being sold. The man on the phone was quite abrupt and rude. Ignored emailed correspondence when trying to obtain the refundable deposit. When we called they sounded confused that it was done via PayPal even though that is an option on their website. Told to claim thorough PayPal. After a week and a half no response regarding the refund. Had to escalate it via PayPal to get the money back. Clearly wanted to the pocket the money and very poor customer service.

Just bought our audi A1 here, and I can't say how good they've been, I really don't know how I've missed this dealership on my door step! Looks small from the outside but a "tardis" on the inside, great selection of cars, no super silly prices, we're left to look and mooch about,when we found the one, it was a quick, I'll pick it up in 3 days with a full mot and service, they then said they would have some small dents removed from the body work...and we were doubley chuffed,thanks guys for all your help Mick & Gaynor
