What a joke. Over 200 a night and put you up in one of the smallest rooms with a camp bed which also needs updating . Not a single USB charge point and reception can’t help you out. Save yourself some money and book Travelodge who are far more competent. Avoid if business traveler.

Room 204 last night. Room absolutely fine, clean and spacious. Breakfast... less so. Hung room service card on door at 6pm for 7:15am delivery and at 6:30am it hadn't been collected. Called the front desk who collected it themselves (thank you). At 7:35am it hadn't been delivered and I was out of time. Irritating and, as a VIP member of the loyalty scheme, not the service I'd hoped for. Left grumpy and hungry.

A standard London business hotell in need of a renovation. The room was worn down, though it was well equipped. Standard English breakfast. The hotel is located in Kensington, not far from the Underground and Hyde Park.

I have nothing good to say about this hotel beyond the location, that I feel the need to moderate the reviews with 1 star to manage expectations. (The reviews and price were very deceptive, you could've just gone to roseate hotel nearby for less, and get a lot more in return). The corridors are extremely narrow, nobody will serve you, concierge is always crowded, breakfast was overpriced, very inaccessible for large luggages. The worst of all is the room! Be prepared to live in a small narrow shoebox, everything is too cramped and there are no windows it almost feels like you're in a storage room.. oh and you'll only get ONE flat pillow per person, with no customer service to serve you on phone. This hotel was the worst of our london experience
