Called from aldi to be told a hour wait, when u have a phone inside I’d assume they should be a bit of priority not the 1st time this has happen some times over a two hour wait at non rush hour times, shame cos used to be good company

A frequent customer for 6 months.. Radio taxi had been a saviour for a person like me who is a foreigner. Some drivers are really sweet and polite, like Alan Crook, chenguis, Bob. Thanks to them. Just had one terrible experience with a driver who was grumpy and outrageous for me being late for 10 mins which is my mistake I agree but not only did he charge me for the wait but also blasted at me miserably. It was just his second visit to pick me up. Shouldn't be so harsh to any customer like that. If you were already charging, the customer doesn't have to deal with the misery and negative attitude. Remember, the customer is a human, not a non-living thing.
