    Brilliant place for literally anything you need!! I have been a customer for a few years now and never fails to disappoint. I can assure you that you pay for quality. I bought a D-D reef pro Aquarium from Radical at Xmas. The whole process was smooth sailing, the only issue I have ever had was the delivery of the aquarium was a Kerb drop-off delivery (this is no fault of the company and discussed before the sale). Luckily I had people on hand to assist me but I’m sure Radical would have gone the extra mile to help if I needed it. The staff are always friendly and offer drinks when I arrive. Great customer service, quality coral & fish! 10/10

    Our one stop shop for everything! Last year we changed our predator tank to a reef, we have made some amazing purchases here and had some fantastic advice about everything including changing to coral essentials which has made the tank out of this world everything is so much healthier. The new food range is marvellous not a scrap left and all our fish are fat and healthy. Well worth a trip here, we feel part of the community, always given a hot drink and the kids look forward to visiting for sweets. Great chats and never judgemental. Many thanks for everything.

    Andy and Katie at Radical Reefs are the gold standard for customer service. They clearly care a lot about the livestock they send out, with each of my two deliveries now arriving well packaged, with excellent specimens that I would have chosen myself. As well as being incredibly competitively priced, Radical Reefs go the extra mile to ensure the best customer experience. When part of my livestock order wasn't available, they despatched the remainder of my order so that I was able to recieve my new tankmates as soon as possible - all at no extra cost to me. I did experience one little issue outside of their control, but it was fixed in a flash without a second of hesitation. Despite loving my own local LFS, there's nowhere other than Radical Reefs that I would get my cleanup crew from.
