The Radiator Factory made a curved radiator for our bay window. We are extremely happy with it. Simon was really helpful on the phone and advised me how to make a template of the bay. I sent it off and within a few weeks he turned up with a perfectly fitting radiator. It looks great and really heats up the room, reasonably priced too. Can’t recommend enough!!

Hi Simon Just to let you know that I have completed the refurb of our house and fitted the radiator you supplied. The radiator fits perfectly and looks really fantastic. It is a great use of the space in the curved bay and much more efficient than the two rads we had in another part of the room. Which have now been removed giving us more useable wall space. The quality of the rad and the service you supplied was excellent and your advice was clear, unambiguous, helpful and easy for me to understand. Highly recommended.

So I needed a new curved rad for a five sided bay window, as my old one had started ro rust, Simon was very helpful with advice, as I had to get a slightly different size as its now all metric, we agreed the price, I then sent the paper template. Due to the factory closing for the 2 week holiday I then decided to pick the rad up ourselves. I had the rad fitted yesterday, looks great and can tell its a lot warmer than my old one, Simon said it would be more energy effecient. Great service beginning to end. Thanks Simon. Good customer service a voice at the end of a phone. Unusual these days.

When my old bay window radiator started leaking, I was told that it couldn't be repaired, and that I would find it difficult to find anyone nowadays still making curved radiators. A quick Google search found Radiator Curving Ltd, and their informative website showed me just what I wanted. When I contacted the firm, I discovered that they were closed for holidays, but Simon personally took the trouble even when on holiday to ring me and advise me to send my wallpaper template by first class post. My order was quickly and efficiently processed. Within ten days, Simon rang again to tell me that the radiator was ready, and would be delivered two days later. In order to avoid possible problems with delivery firms, Simon delivered the radiator himself this morning, and it is a perfect fit. I'm well pleased with both the radiator and the company's personal service and attention to detail.
