I ordered a jacket on the 05/04, they sent me an email on the Friday 08/04 asking for the size, I couldn't answer over the weekend so I've let them know I'd answer the Tuesday after (12/04), never received any acknowledgement, so I enquired again, they sent the same email asking for the size, to which I answered straight away, got no answer nor acknowledgement again. I'm calling today (so 2 weeks after the original order) to enquire about my order, the woman on the phone was extremely rude, refused to take my order number and just stated my order was cancelled, didn't let me speak and hung up on me. How could she know without my order number? This is extremely disappointing customer service. I was really looking forward to it but this is off-putting. Look elsewhere, this shop doesn't want to sell.

I visited them today and purchased just the flying jacket I have been searching for. Immediately upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly warming atmosphere and was immediately stunned by the choice and value for money and wide range of stock available. This is the place to be for superb service and of course your every leather need.

Such a nice little shop great stock original leather items. Prices are modest. The couple who own the shop are so very pleasant. They have true grit and character. The store itself is a little dark and dated. It's like walking into a nostalgic past. Friendly no pressure customer service. ".
