Dreadful customer service. I asked for help with how much MOT type 1 sub base and the man seemed incredulous that I didn't know exactly what I wanted. In the end he decided to help but seemed very reluctant! I went ahead with the order and it was delivered very promptly and the delivery driver could't have been more helpful. Great delivery, shame about the customer service!
