Helpful people, the spaces are generally clean but the toilets won't flush properly (they're adjusted for low water usage), which means you'll likely find them dirty and unintentionally leave them dirty, except if you wait for too long to flush them two/three times. Hence, the lower score only because of the lower hygiene than expected.
