Rented the Honda Shadow with my 24 year old son for 17 days in June 22. The bike went beautifully. Plenty of power on highways when loaded with pillion passenger and large luggage bag and saddle bags. The service was very good and friendly. I booked from Australia and everything went very smoothly with arrangements.

Raceways is my local bike shop and I’ve not got a bad thing to say about the place. I brought my first 125 from them and the staff are so polite and helpful, they will answer any question you have! And I use raceways to have my motorbikes services when it’s due. Quality service provided and a good shop for sure. Definitely check it out if local to Southwark/Bermondsey or even if you’re from further and looking for a good bike shop!

I rented a 22 plate Zontes Mantis which was probably one of the newest bikes in the fleet, so it ran flawlessly. I was very honest and told them I had only just passed my CBT, and they were very helpful with suggestions. Riding in central London was initially quite daunting but there's loads of 20 mph roads around so just took it slowly. My two week rental went very fast and by the end of it I felt confident on the road which helped massively when I did a tfl 1on1 session with my school. The bike was actually nicer to ride than the CBR I used! I hope to rent again when I book my mod1 & mod2 which I feel will be much sooner now I've had this experience! Fingers crossed.
