Really friendly place! Was greeted by the receptionist who was warm and welcoming, we had a lovely discussion about our kids 😄 The lady optometrist was equally friendly and funny, whilst remaining professional. And then the gentlemen who assisted me with finding the right frames was brilliant as well. The receptionist even wanted to help with the frames that best suited me and gave her opinion which was most welcome and appreciated! Overall a fantastic experience. Some places you go to like this, the staff don't really care but it seems this is a small family run business, who are all lovely, welcoming, friendly and I'm glad I trusted the already excellent reviews of Rabin's, because it's clear this is how they operate - thank you all so much. I look forward to picking my specs up, managed 40 years without any glasses but hey ho, that's age for you 😂
