My experience at first was good but the last 4years my glasses and frames seem to always be bent and not fit me properly how ever stuff are great. I sent a review and got a Email saying that I not on their system or in fact your not on any system in SE London which I find a joke as I have been coming here for over 10years Thanks

Had eye test in November, went back in December explained my sight was deteriorating. Had test at Woodfall bought lenses elsewhere. Was told "go back to the people you bought the lenses from..." obviously other company must be a dirty word. Long story short was fast tracked to have eye surgery last Thursday. Nothing to discuss. I've had to pay £25 to "those people" for another eye test, could all have been avoided. In this day and age where everything is so expensive what is so wrong with buying lenses from another company half the price of Woodfall. Sheer arrogance from the owner.

We have been coming to Woodfall for a while now and have always had a great experience. The staff are always friendly!(Even the older gentleman has mellowed over the years! Haha) My daughter gets her prescriptions from Moorefields and usually changes glasses yearly. She’s had many accidents with her glasses and the team here always try to fix them and always have, opposed to some places trying to get you to buy another pair! Thank you Woodfall!
