Amazed at the high level of service and care I've received from R U R Cars recently. I purchased a Skoda Fabia and, being based in Glasgow, was a bit nervous about buying a car from so far away. Khan did everything to remove any nervousness with a thorough walk round video of the car, sending any information I needed, and answering any question. He was polite and friendly when collecting the car, and has been able to deal with any queries I've had with the car since collecting it. He's super communicative and gladly provides fantastic service both before, during and after you purchase the car. The car is superb, and I can't recommend R U R enough to anyone in the West Midlands and beyond!

Brought a Range Rover with 3 months warranty that turned out to be void. When issues came up within weeks of buying the vehicle he agreed to take it back but would only replace with a car of much lesser value. The car I received was a red Ford Focus which had just passed its MOT with no advisories. However within days warning lights appeared on the dashboard and after getting three separate quotes from different garages I had to spend £600 to get the vehicle roadworthy. I didn’t even want this car to begin with.

Such a fantastic service from Khan at RUR cars. We travelled up from Cardiff to see the car and nothing was too much trouble. Allowed to review car at leisure and full documents. Khan was so very helpful and not pushy at all. Don’t expect a plush forecourt, but an honest car trader and realistic prices for an excellent deal. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. 😁
