Got a bus from Beverley to hull, wasn't sure what stop I was getting off as was confused. The bus driver didn't care less and said how do I know and didn't take the time and ask where I needed to to be. Made me feel like u was no body. If this is your company is am ashamed for you.

Nearly always late. Plan at least 20 minutes waiting time in addition to scheduled time. Buses are cancelled and not mentioned on their own "tracking" app. If you can walk instead do so. It's faster, and cheaper.
