Had 3 watches serviced one had not been done in 20 years, it was like brand new when I got it back. It took longer than I thought but that was due to a lack of parts from Cartier. Communication is always accompanied by photos to illustrate what is deing documented. Would use again without hesitation.

An excellent, in my view, trustworthy professional watch service / repair company.. I took my Omega Speedmaster Professional ‘Moonwatch’ (which I bought new in 2001 and have had serviced by ‘Omega’ themselves) into RS Watch Ltd, initially by personal appointment, I was updated through an allocated ticketing system within 24 hours of the watch status and was continually updated through the whole service process right up to payment and collection by personal appointment, identity was required upon collection…. So a safe secure method was appreciated.. as was the completed watch when I received it back it was gleaming as it was when initially purchased back in 2001.. Excellent standard of service was received in my case…. Oh, 3 weeks do we the line since collection, keeps perfect time…. And a two year warranty.

I collected my watch from R S Watch Repairs Ltd today after having a new battery fitted and watch,cleaned,polished. It looks as good as new now. I am very satisfied with the work carried out and the professionalism of Lee who was looking after my watch. He told me how I would be kept updated on the progress of the repair,which I was and if any questions just get in touch. I took and collected my watch and if you can,would recomend in doing so just to see and be reassured your timepiece will be in very experienced,safe hands. I will certainly take my watch there again.
