We visited R&S Designs to supply the fixtures and fittings for our new en-suite bathroom. Right from the start Rachel, Simon and Joanne went out of their way to help us plan, design and create our incredible bathroom. Their knowledge of great design really helped us and they sourced high quality products that crucially worked for the space we had. Even when we had problems with our own fitter, they didn’t hesitate to help us put things right. This is true customer service! We would absolutely recommend them and certainly be back for the family bathroom!

I have a Burlington mid level toilet that's been installed since 2013. Its cistern started leaking last night. I stripped the toilet down, but a part was seized solid and wouldn't come free! I phoned and spoke to Rachel this afternoon for advice. I took the parts I needed to their showroom and they got me the parts there and then, no messing around as they are a registered Burlington dealer ! Also given plenty of free advice along with and a working toilet for £18.00. Plus I've now managed to free the seized part due to their advice. Win win!!! Very happy and would highly recommend.

My daughter had her bathroom and toilet installed by R&S Designs. We were so impressed we decided to have ours done too. This company have been excellent throughout. We didn’t feel rushed when picking out all the fittings and tiles at the outstanding showroom. And as for the fitters, Ashley and his team are outstanding. The tiling, plumbing, plastering, electrics and installation have all been done to a meticulous high standard. And all such nice guys to have in the house. The finished bathroom and toilet is better than we had imagined. We live in York so we weren’t sure if they would come this far. We are glad they did. Highly recommended to anyone considering a new bathroom.

Poor service and communication. We did not end up getting the bathroom we wanted due to an electrician not being booked, despite ordering the lights in July and waiting for the fitting until December. We are now stuck with old plaster and paint on the ceiling as we were told it would be an extra three days and £400 to sort. My husband had to walk the fitter through everything we wanted (placements of fittings, tiling etc), as he did not come to look at the job beforehand (despite him saying he would) and had not been told by the showroom what we required. I complained to Rachael about various issues and received no response. The fitter had to come back three days after finishing as water was coming through the kitchen ceiling. We then had to fill and repaint the hole in the new kitchen ceiling ourselves- being able to deduct £12.40 from his bill for the filler. The people who recommended this company are devastated at the service we received, we need a shower screen extension as the one they ordered is not long enough and water goes everywhere but will not be using them again.
