At first we were going to apply for a mortgage on our own when we found a house. We didn’t expect to buy a new build at all. We went to look at a new home and wanted it straight away. The developers gave us the contact for RSC and I am so glad they did. The process would have been to much for us to sort on our own. As first time buyers we had no idea what to expect. We used the first homes scheme so we seriously needed expert help and advise. That’s exactly what we got with RSC. They worked quickly and everything was perfect for us. Gary and Shaun explained everything along the way and always had time for our questions. We soon received an offer and we got the keys to our house within days.
