I’d like to thank R.Morgan’s for my Dads funeral. From the very first meeting we knew we’d made the right choice. Amanda was so warm and compassionate and talked us through everything. We wanted Dads funeral to reflect the person he was and Morgan’s carried out our wishes to the letter. I’d also like to thank the staff on the day from Jennings, who were so professional and again compassionate on what was a difficult day. Dad had the celebration of life he deserved. OMG NO Amanda was meant to call me on day of my mum's cremation however she had the day off and didn't bother to inform other members of staff to call me, they had no clue of my mum's cremation that day. Amanda who I've known since I was 14 yes old and knows my family well let me down very badly, had to call ambulance it made me Ill , Disgusting .
