    Happened to be in the area (from Glasgow) and decided to pop in. I had no real intention of buying, but their staff, Evi (sp?) was so helpful and informative that I've changed my mind. I never felt pushed to buy but she helped me find my size, width, and even told me why she recommended a smaller size even when something felt like it fit. I am a big fan of that attention to detail. She answered my questions about maintenance and repairs too. When certain ones weren't to comfortable she didn't jusy say it will take time, but acknowledged my comment and grabbed a different insole setup (leather v. Memory foam). I will be getting a pair at least online if I don't drive down to the borders to their store there. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Upon every visit I have always received 1st class service when buying a product, and also a 1st class service on every repair. It's very rare these days to find staff that are really knowledgeable and passionate about their product, and also that really do care about their customers.
