I was helped by Harry that day in Soho. He was very friendly, charming, patient, and very knowledgeable about the collection. He immediately showed me which type of shoe I might be interested in after I mentioned having to be on my feet all day in my job. I wanted to get back to wearing proper leather shoes after having spent the good part of the past 4 years in trainers. Harry showed me the Dynamic Flex Craftsman Boot. What a great idea! I just popped into the Soho store to see if I could get some saddle and leather dressing for my 20+ yr old Gardener boots which were a little worse for wear in the poor weather. Unfortunately the size of the tin was a little too large for traveling as we are in the UK from Australia for Christmas. I decided not to purchase the leather dressing but was pleasantly surprised when I was given the offer to have my boots cleaned and dressed while I was there. They did a great job and the boots look so much better. Thank you so much for helping me out and bringing my boots back to life - great service and lovely people in store, it’s not just the product that’s awesome.

I wanted a pair of RM Williams Chelsea boots but wasn't able to travel to London to try them on. Tom H at the Soho store has been absolutely brilliant in sending me two pairs to try AND is trying to source me a bespoke pair in my size from Australia. Seriously impressed with the customer service when it would have been really easy to say sorry we don't stock your size. Definitely will be back in the future. Thanks RM Williams and Tom !!!

Excellent customer service! Went in there to find insole for my boots. They didn’t have my size but the staff was kind enough to offer me some “helping pads” to reduce the discomfort. It was something that I had been looking for for a long time! Been to several stores in australia but no one offered me anything close! Definitely the service that RM Williams in australia should learn from!
